Fresh in white or chic in black, AEL’s classic colours transition from day to night. Now offered with the iconic stainless steel bracelet, a touch of Charriol heritage is added to this youthful timepiece.
Introduced in 2013, AEL is a chic watch aimed at a younger female audience. Inspired by the Celtic word for angel, ‘ael’, these timepieces are as light and feminine as their namesakes. Pretty white mother of pearl dials and sparkling zirconia indexes add to the whimsical mood. A striking black version and the addition of quality stainless steel bracelets takes the timepieces to new heights.
The two variants, introduced for BaselWorld 2014, showcase Charriol’s iconic cable design and replace the rubber strap with embossed cable motif seen on previous models.
Like night and day, the two new ‘angels’ come in white or black, in a 34mm size. The pure white version shows a stainless steel cable bracelet and white ceramic case; the midnight black teams a black ceramic case with a matching black PVD stainless steel bracelet. The cable, Charriol’s signature, is part of the Maison’s unique expertise: this unusual motif adds interesting detail and hints at the quality of this Swiss-made timepiece.
Each AEL has an appealing macaroon style case and a useful date counter is seen at 5 o’clock.
Sophisticated in white or dramatic in black, AEL lets style take flight.
